To accomplish its mission, IRMBCF is committed to offer sound and quality theological education with emphasis on:
strong Bible knowledge development: information - (cognitive).
spiritual, interpersonal relationship skills and character development: formation - (behavioral).
effective ministry skills development: empowerment for service in the church and in the world: transformation - (functional) of the unreached & the growth and expansion of the church to the honor and glory of God.
Through its training programs, IRMBCF seeks to build men and women who are solidly grounded in the Scriptures, empowered by the Holy Spirit and committed to the evangelization.
